What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through sevadar.org.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us — name, contact details, and anything you enter into a form or send us by email.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time on site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

  • To operate, secure and improve the website
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We share information with service providers who work on our behalf — and only as far as they need it to do that work.

Cookies

You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send health information through this website’s forms, by email, or by text.

Why there is no HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices on this page. Sevadar Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) foundation. It delivers no clinical care, holds no medical records and is not a HIPAA covered entity. Publishing a Notice of Privacy Practices here would assert an obligation the organization does not have, which is its own kind of misstatement. Clinical privacy is handled by the programs, under their own notices. What we are not →

And no SMS policy. The foundation sends no text messages, so there is no messaging program to describe.
