Short terms for a site that does not sell anything, take payments or hold accounts.
Effective date: August 20, 2026
Who operates this site
sevadar.org is operated by Sevadar Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 93-2840861, at 4477 Woodson Rd, Suite 203, St. Louis, MO 63134. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean that entity.
Nothing here is advice
- Not medical advice. Sevadar Foundation is not a medical provider, delivers no clinical care and holds no clinical license. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats or advises anyone about their health, and nothing here should be used to make a decision about your care or anyone else’s. Talk to a clinician. In an emergency, call 911; if you are in crisis, call or text 988.
- Not legal advice. This site describes federal statutes and regulations — including the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005 — in general terms. That description is not legal advice and is not a substitute for counsel.
- Not tax or financial advice. This site states this organization’s own tax status from its own determination letter. What any particular gift means for your taxes depends on your circumstances. Consult your own adviser.
Accuracy, and what to do about an error
We take care with what is published here, and where a claim rests on a document we name the document. Errors still happen. If you find one — including a mismatch between this site and a public record — tell us. That is a real request, and it is the cheapest correction mechanism available to a small organization.
Information here is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and may be changed or corrected at any time.
Links to other sites
This site links to the programs’ own sites and to government sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. A link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the specific thing it is cited for.
Program sites have their own terms
CareGuard, Valor Medica and IntellaRx operate their own sites, and those sites govern their own use. Using sevadar.org does not create any relationship with a program, and it does not create a clinical relationship with anyone. The three programs →
Intellectual property
The Sevadar Foundation name and mark, and the CareGuard, Valor Medica and IntellaRx marks, belong to their owners. Government material cited on this site — statutes, regulations and federal reports — is cited and linked to its source. The AHRQ “Listed PSO” logo is not used on this site, because AHRQ directs that it be used only in relation to the listed PSO itself rather than on a parent organization’s pages. PSO P0268 →
No solicitation on this site
As of August 2026, the foundation is funded entirely by its founder. There is no payment processor and no giving form on sevadar.org, and nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation of a contribution. Support this work →
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law rules.
